4. Orders and Fulfillment We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days and shipped via local courier partners with standard delivery taking 2 to 5 business days across South Africa.

5. Payment Processing All transactions are securely processed through PayFast. By submitting your order, you authorize PayFast to process payment for the total amount of your purchase using your selected payment method.

6. Returns and Refunds All returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, complying with the requirements of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (ECTA) and the Consumer Protection Act (CPA).
